We worked very hard to make sure that you could access enough information about us and about real estate in general.I myself, work mainly with Sellers in the marketing of their properties. Also, I am responsible and manage for the day-to-day activities within our group. When I sit with Sellers to list their home, I make a point not to “puff” things up. I tell the facts and then let the sellers decide what is in their best interest.I also, list Bank Foreclosures within 6 surrounding counties, which include Lapeer, Genesee, Oakland, Livingston, Saginaw, & Shiawassee Counties. My team work every aspect of the Foreclosure Process, from Pre-Foreclosure to Post-Foreclosure. We also work with many Short-Sale Situations. We have helped many home owners that were losing their homes move on with their lives.I personally have been in the sales field for over 18 years. I was licensed as a Realtor in 1997. I worked out of a Century 21 Office & Prudential Office where I was a top producer. We transferred our group over to Keller Williams Realty in May of 2003 to further our success. Becoming the Owner Principle of Keller Williams Realty in August of 2008. Today, we are also a Top Producing Team in our Company and Region. Ranking in the top 1% of Real Estate Professionals throughout the Untied States.I have also graduated from The Floyd Wickman Course(Sweat Hogs) in 1998 and in 2001. The Floyd Wickman Course is the #1 Real Estate Training Course in the United States. You can take this course to further your training and knowledge in the real estate field. I liked it so much I took it twice. Very few real estate professionals do this being that it is a tough course. I have also, graduated from Floyd Wickman’s Starmakers Program. Plus, numerous other trainings to better my understanding of Real Estate. Tony brings to the team over 15 years of management and over 5 years of real estate experience. He graduated from Owosso High School and attended Baker College of Owosso and the Zion Bible Institute in Barrington, Rhode Island.
Tony also has over 9 years experience in Ministry. Ranging from Sunday School Teacher, Youth Pastor, and Evangelist. He is currently Evangelizing through Divine Force Ministries.
He works with our foreclosed properties in price valuations, our vendors, and working with other real estate agents when submitting offers. When you are looking for honesty and integrity you can count on Tony Lehman.

Ange is one our newest additions to the team. She has come with a great background with over 20 years of customer service, management, and sales. Which include new home sales, short-sale negotiator, Mary Kay Consultant, The Limited Brands, Inc, and Ann Taylor.
Ange spends a lot of time being a mother to her daughter Abby. Taking her to dances a SSGA and Barry Stokes Youth Football and Cheer.
Other hobbies include taking care of their dog, Sadie, gardening, camping, shopping and taking trips out west.

We are excited to introduce Wendy Tercha. She started with us in the beginning of 2010 as one of our Buyer Specialist. She has been licensed since 2001 and has a great background in Customer Service.
Wendy graduated with honors from Linden High School and was 6th in her class. She has been a Licensed Cosmetologist since 1989 and was the owner of Express Yourself Salon for 5 years in Hartland, MI.
Wendy has always enjoyed helping people reach their goals and dreams. Building relationships and being an asset in people's lives is what makes her thrive. She has one son that plays football and soccer which is her pride and joy.
Wendy attended the Nemier George Institute of Real Estate and received her license in 2001.

As an Exclusive Buyer Specialist, Chaz will only work with Buyers when purchasing a property. Unlike other real estate agents, he only will focus on his buyer's needs and wants.
Chaz grew up in the Lakeville/Columbiaville Area. He currently helps coach the Bowling Team at Lakeville High School. Which loves to do on his free time.
He also, likes working on computers and is an avid book reader.
Chaz attended The Michigan Real Estate Institute to help him obtain his real estate license.

Currently resides in Burton with her husband, Joel. Where they are currently remodeling a foreclosed home they recently purchased.
